The noise in the boiler room is mainly caused by the low-medium-frequency noise generated by the blower, the induced draft fan, the boiler burner and the water pump, and is accompanied by strong vibration.
Because the sound source of the boiler room is numerous and complex, measures such as sound insulation, sound absorption, noise reduction and vibration isolation are needed for comprehensive noise control.
First, sound insulation measures
1. Replace the original doors and windows of the boiler room with special soundproof doors and windows, which can effectively control the propagation path of the external radiation noise of the boiler room;
2. Group the internal equipment of the equipment room, set up separate sound insulation rooms, install ventilation and heat dissipation equipment, and equip with air exhaust muffler;
3. In the position where frequent maintenance is required, and the sound insulation cover is installed to seriously affect the daily operation and maintenance work, a mobile sound insulation screen or a movable semi-acoustic cover can be set.
Second, noise reduction measures
Install a mechanical fan in the ventilation and vents of the boiler room, equipped with a suitable ventilation muffler.
Third, sound absorption measures
Combined with the actual situation of the boiler room, the overall sound absorption coefficient of the wall surface is increased, and the indoor reverberation sound is reduced.
Fourth, vibration isolation measures
For some equipment, vibration isolation devices can be added to reduce solid noise pollution to the external environment.
